Terms & Conditions
The legally binding agreement between you and TechnoTaLim Platform and Services LLP that governs your use of our websites, dashboards, and paid services.

1. Introduction & acceptance
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a contract between TechnoTaLim Platform and Services LLP(“TechnoTaLim”, “we”, “us”) — a Limited Liability Partnership registered in Kerala, India with its office at 13/229, Ansar Islam Madrassa, Punnayur, Edakkazhiyoor, Thrissur – 680506 — and you, the user (“you”, “your”).
By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or otherwise using any TechnoTaLim service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms together with our Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the services.
2. The services
TechnoTaLim offers the following services through the Console at console.technotalim.com and related sub-domains:
- Forms — building and hosting online forms, collecting submissions, webhooks, and the Forms Developer API.
- Web Hosting — static-site hosting with custom domain support, DNS automation, and TLS certificates.
- QR Generator — creating static or dynamic QR codes.
- Future products — ERP/CRM, AI Agents, Digital Menu and similar offerings as they are released.
Through technotalim.com we additionally offer:
- Web, mobile, and AI software development on a project-by-project basis.
- Online technology courses delivered through our learning platform.
Each product is governed by its applicable plan, the descriptions on its dashboard / product page, and these Terms. We may add, modify, or retire individual features at any time; material changes will be announced in advance.
3. Eligibility & account responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have the verifiable consent of a parent or legal guardian if younger.
- You must provide accurate and current information when creating your account.
- You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account, including activity by team members you invite.
- Keep your password and API keys confidential. Notify us immediately at support@technotalim.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
- One human, one account — sharing credentials between people is not permitted on paid plans.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use any TechnoTaLim service to:
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or content that violates the law of India or the recipient’s jurisdiction.
- Collect data without the visible, informed consent of the people who supply it.
- Host malware, phishing pages, fraud, child sexual abuse material, content that infringes intellectual-property rights, or content prohibited by the Information Technology Act, 2000.
- Probe, attack, or reverse-engineer our infrastructure, attempt to bypass rate limits, or otherwise interfere with the service.
- Resell capacity, white-label the Console, or operate a competing product on top of our infrastructure without a written commercial agreement with us.
- Use the service to process personal data of children except under Section 9 of the DPDP Act.
We may, at our reasonable discretion, suspend or terminate access (with or without prior notice) for any violation of this section. Severe violations may also be reported to the relevant law-enforcement authority.
5. Pricing, billing & taxes
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices are exclusive of GST, which is added at the prevailing statutory rate.
- Each product is billed independently — you can be on a paid Web Hosting plan and the Free Forms plan at the same time. No bundling, no forced minimums.
- Paid plans renew automatically on their billing anniversary. We send a renewal reminder via email at least 7 days before each Forms renewal and 10 days before each Web Hosting renewal. To stop auto-renewal, email support@technotalim.com from your account email before the renewal date.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card / UPI / netbanking credentials — only a transaction reference and a tokenised method id for renewals.
- A GST-compliant invoice is generated for every successful payment and emailed to the account holder.
- Any disputed charge must be raised within 30 days of the invoice date by emailing support@technotalim.com.
6. Cancellations & refunds
All purchases are final and non-refundable. To stop a subscription from renewing, email support@technotalim.com from your account email before the renewal date — the current paid period remains active until it expires, after which the workspace downgrades to the Free plan (where applicable) or enters the suspension lifecycle below. 7. Plan lifecycle & suspension
- If a paid plan reaches expiry without a successful renewal payment, the product enters a grace period (Forms: 7 days; Web Hosting: 10 days) during which the service remains live and you receive renewal reminders.
- After grace, the product is suspended — for Forms, public form pages render a branded “unavailable” page and the API rejects submissions; for Web Hosting, the site returns a 503 with a renewal notice.
- Suspended workspaces remain recoverable for 90 days. After 90 continuous days of suspension, the workspace and its content are permanently deleted.
- Free workspaces that show no activity for 6 continuous months are auto-deleted after a 30-day warning email.
8. Your content & intellectual property
- You retain ownership of everything you upload, build, or collect through the services — your form definitions, submissions, website files, course completions, and account data are yours.
- You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, transmit, back up, and display your content solely to provide the service to you and to the people you authorise.
- The TechnoTaLim wordmark, logos, dashboard UI, hosted form CSS, embed loader, and source code are owned by us and are not licensed to you except to the extent necessary to use the service.
- You represent and warrant that your content does not infringe any third party’s rights and that you have obtained all consents needed to upload or collect it.
9. Service availability
We make commercially reasonable efforts to keep the services available, but we do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or specific uptime levels. Planned maintenance windows are announced in advance via email and dashboard banner. Unplanned outages are communicated as soon as practicable.
We are not liable for service interruption caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to: upstream provider failures (payment, CDN, hosting, or DNS providers), denial-of-service attacks, fibre cuts, regulatory action, or force majeure events.
10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, even if advised of the possibility. To the extent our liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability for all claims arising from your use of the services in any 12-month period is capped at the total amount you have paid us in that period.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable Indian law (including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or wilful misconduct).
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TechnoTaLim, its partners, employees, and contractors from any claim, demand, loss, or damages (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of: (a) your content; (b) your breach of these Terms or any law; or (c) your infringement of any third party’s rights.
12. Termination
- By you: stop auto-renewal by emailing support@technotalim.com before the renewal date. Delete your account entirely by emailing grievance@technotalim.com.
- By us: we may suspend or terminate your account immediately for a material breach of the Acceptable Use section, non-payment after grace, or where required by law.
- Upon termination, your access ceases and the data-retention rules in our Privacy Policy apply.
13. Governing law & dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation with our Grievance Officer (see section below). Failing that, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Thrissur, Kerala.

We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within 30 days.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as our services evolve or the law changes. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be emailed to you and shown as an in-product banner at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the services after that period constitutes acceptance.
